Block Wi-Fi users in UniFi Dashboard (Unifi Network Controller / UniFi OS)
Log in to your UniFi Network Controller / UniFi OS.
Go to Clients (left-side menu).
Find the device you want to block.
Click the device name → This opens the Client Details page.
On the top right, click the Block button.
The client will be disconnected and won’t be able to reconnect until you unblock it.
In UniFi Dashboard, go to Settings → Profiles.
Look for Wi-Fi / MAC Filter.
Add the MAC address of the user/device you want to block.
Save and apply the changes.
Go to Settings → Wi-Fi.
Select the SSID (Wi-Fi network) you want to manage.
Scroll down to Advanced Settings → enable MAC Filter / Access Control.
Add the user’s MAC address to the Deny List.
Save changes.
